👌 Team Cohesion budget

All the information about the organisation of an offsite or a team building and the use of the budget of the team animation.

• A budget of 450€ (tax included) per Hublee per year is dedicated to events within your team
• The budget is managed by the Head of the team
• It can be used for: offsite, restaurants, drinks, team building, books…

🏝 Annual seminar

Every year, Hublo organises a 2 days seminar with all the Hublees. The goal is to spend some time all together in a different area.

🎈 Other internal events through the year

To strengthen the teams we put in place many other events on a daily basis throughout the year :

• Massage sessions
• Climate fresks
• Team buildings (ex: giant escape game, theatre session)
• Evenings in privatized bars or restaurants (eg. party post QTM)
• Evenings in the office (ex: exhibition in the office, talks, etc)
• An egg hunt for easter
• ....
